This is end of my series of candids that I shot of an Amish Family haying in the field across from a Horse Pull Event that my husband and I attended with our neighbors . We did not expect to see the Amish farmers haying in the field approximately 300 feet away from the Horse pull which had no connection with the event but I felt blessed that I was there at the right time to capture the unexpected. I cropped this picture of this peaceful looking young boy with the team of draft horses and the heavy load of hay on the wagon.

A great capture of these hard working horses and their young handler. Great tones and detail in this image, too!

Thank you all for the appreciated comments! I have never witnessed the process of the Amish farmers haying before and was absolutely mesmerized! They were so efficient and organized working together as a family to get the job done While many families on a weekend might be out swimming on a hot day or sitting at the computer by the air conditioner these children grow up knowing the value of hard work without modern convenience at an early age!
