This image was made at the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. The glassworker (sometimes known as a Lampworker) was making a figurine of Mickey Mouse. He is using a Hand Torch to finish the ears of the figurine. This allows more maneuverability of the flame than the Bench Burner shown in the foreground.

    I imagine the glassworkers are careful they don't burn their fingers in the process of making these figurines...Very interesting process that goes into the final product...Excellent images and described well too.
