Tho' the frosted icy window
Half-way blocked the view
Found it best not to look below
But find a clear spot through
for what the eyes could see...
Upon a dreary..... sunless day;
Where a male cardinal in tree
Brought red color to the gray!

    I thank God for these beautiful birds who bring color to winter .... It amazed me that I was able
    to get a shot like this when the window that was fogged up with condensation and frost had only a few clear spots open to view through...He happened to be perched in the right place where I could focus in...Thank you for the comments which is appreciated!
