A tiny house wren sings
From the top of her lungs.....
While she spread both wings...
There was no slip of tongue...

Joyful her home newly hung....
From the branch of a tree....
With notes she gladly sung
Reaching up to highest key.....

I was pleased that this friendly little wren came on the feeder back and forth for several hours today just to sing...She sang her heart out She was still at it this evening at 7:00 PM...I think she heard me say that I love the house wren song..Perhaps she's thankful that we got 4 wren houses cleaned out and hung in the trees today...My husband even put a tin roof on one of the wren houses that had a leak.

Splendid close-up of this little lady singing her heart out! Looks like you'll be well serenaded this summer Andrea :)

Thank you Heather , We have really had the traffic to our feeder with migratory birds and the wrens have all claimed their houses that were cleaned and hung up today! It keeps me busy.
seeing to their needs but they are worth it.

Very lovely photo at close-up and I think the bird singing for it,s lover or baby that faraway from the bird.
