I shot this candid from the end of our driveway of a neighbor in his field raking hay..Since the
tractor was moving, I shot more than one picture but liked this one the best for composition...

    Thanks all for the comments...How we eat is a choice Richard just like anything else including who we vote for...I don't expect others to follow our example but it is a decision my husband and I made together to make healthy food choices for our life style.. We don't really consider it a diet in the traditional sense as we are not starving... Eating two meals a day is sufficient for us but might not work for everyone!
