Thanks,

I discovered this very unsual looking white moth with gold stripes in our woods on the 4th of July and I haven't found the identity of it yet...I have never seen one like it before but I love the texture. It flew in front of me and spread its wings after it landed on some yellow wildflowers while it stayed in place long enough for me to shoot a couple of macro shots.

Update: 7/11/2019: I found the identity of the moth in google when I searched online.. I learned it is a male "Eusarca confusaria" Another name is "Confused Eusarcas."

Best View in Light Box! Thank you!!!

Thank you so much Lynn Harvey for your kind nomination 7/5/2019 ...and very appreciated!!

Thank you so much for your comments which are appreciated and special thanks to you Lynn for your kind nomination...I love the antennas on this moth that reminds me of combs and
the furry section by its head ...It was the only moth I saw in the woods yesterday as they and
the butterflies are scarce this year.
