I envisioned bubbles floating away
As pretty clouds that do not stay,
Before evaporating in mid air..
While sitting calmly in my chair....
And having fun while there.....
┬ęPoetry by me AJP

I am glad I did this self portrait while I had the chance this afternoon as it started raining again after I got through ....We have never seen another rainy summer quite like this before:-)

Truthfully this was not as easy as it looks...I went through two jars of bubble solution that
I bought yesterday and it didn't produce a solitary bubble before the self timer went off...Finally I found another solution...In May of 2011, JPG had a theme similar to this one on bubbles where I had done some self portraits experiments that year where two or three turned out producing bubbles However I looked stressed on those self portraits as I had done so many that were a flop when it was supposed to be fun... I transferred some bubbles off from my earlier experiments from 2011 and combined it with my self portrait today where I could look relaxed, calm and collected before the 10 second self timer went off while re-enacting the scene ..It was indeed a blast to try this a different way with another solution and have fun at the same time. Speaking of solutions the last straw that made me do this differently was when what little bubble mixture that was left today tipped over on the ground....I am glad that I at least tried beforehand and found a different way to resolve the problem.
