Major Mike Myslenski, Commander of the 142nd Medical Company, poses with the newly minted Aid Station sign. Named after colleague Staff Sergeant Joseph Phaneuf, who was killed in action in Afganistan in 2006, this treatment center supported hundreds of Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines serving on a humanitarian mission in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.
