Abstract

For last few months I was away, away from you all, away from this community, away from my passion, trying to rediscover myself, trying to adjust with my new life, being an engineering student hasn't been an easy job for me.

Sudden academic pressure seemed to be more than what I could handle.

My confidence in myself, in my work, seemed to have shattered.

But when I tried to regain myself I turned back to photography.

And in my fight to get my confidence back photography has played an important role.

Someone rightly said -- "Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were. But without it, we go nowhere."

SO in past few days, I tried to engineer my photography, tried to unite my photography with some creativity and create something new.

I began with the 2 basic rules, I believe in...

1. Photograph is not clicked it is created.

2. It doesn't matter what you capture, what matters is the beauty of your pic.

And I think in all these pics I have obeyed these two rules quite well

My idea is to unite photography with a lot of creative editing and creating new and beautiful patterns. Going one step ahead in photography and Making every pic (irrespective of how bad it is in the sense of classical (traditional) photography) into a vivid colored Graphic Art.

Out of my collection of more than 8000 unedited pics, selecting the best ones to edit, trying different editing's with tens of different combinations of attributes to get the perfect pics wasn't easy. But in this reflection effects (Kaleidoscope and pattern) proved to be very useful.

And I hope I have done quite a good job.

Since once Salvador Dali said "Have no fear of perfection, you'll never reach it."

So I am not aiming for perfection, I am aiming for originality and appreciation.

And I don't know how good I have been in explaining myself and my work but I hope I haven't let you down ;)

Comments and criticism welcomed.

Each and every comment and like means a lot to be, help me regain my confidence in my photography.

Rule 1 is the sum of the parts. A photograph is not clicked, it is created. It is the artist within that separates average from amazing. Your work is stunniing. Your story only part of your journey. An old man will look back at this many years from now and understand the placement in time. You have my vote.
