Hyphalosaurus lingyuanensis

Also known as "Sinohydrosaurus," this was a small aquatic reptile that lived about 129,000,000 years ago in the early Cretaceous period. These fossil reptiles can be found in the Yixian formation near Lingyuan, in Liaoning Province in north east PRC.

    cool, was this a personal find? Here we can find shells and tentaculites, but none of these.

    No - I bought it in Whitby, England. But perfectly preserved, down to the fine bones in its feet.
